The Cotton Club Quartet, are a joyous vibrant professional swing band that are perfect for any drinks reception, party, function or any event requiring a lively, sophisticated atmosphere. Although we are an upbeat group, we still play at a volume that allows conversation amongst guests.
The group models itself on the jazz groups of the speakeasy/prohibition era in 1920s America, and would work well on “Themed Events” such as Murder Mystery Nights, Casino Nights, Gangsters Fancy Dress Events etc…
“The Cotton Club Quartet was featured recently on “The Great Gatsby” special on the John Murray show, RTE Radio 1
We also have an extensive Latin/South American(Bossa nova, Samba, tango) songbook and European Gypsy repertoire (Django Reinhardt, french cafe jazz, musette etc.)
